STARTING 22ND JANUARY 2024 IN GAVA. Monday and Wednesday 09:15-10:00AM & 7:15 -8:00PM Strong and Lean Protocol is a comprehensive 4-week program designed to educate participants on the benefits of Intermittent Fasting (16:8) combined with a Keto diet while receiving 2 weekly full-body strength training group sessions. Participants will learn how to follow the 16-hour fasting and 8-hour feasting pattern while consuming Keto-friendly foods. Throughout the program, participants will receive guidance and support through a workbook that covers various aspects of the protocol, including the benefits of intermittent fasting and the Keto diet, a Keto diet plan, recommended Keto products to boost ketone levels, and the physiological effects of fasting on the body. Strong and Lean ProtocoL offers a range of fascinating benefits from both Intermittent Fasting (16:8) and the Keto diet, such as weight loss, improved insulin sensitivity, autophagy for cellular repair and anti-aging benefits, enhanced brain function, and reduced inflammation. Additionally, the Keto diet offers benefits including improved metabolic health, increased satiety, enhanced cognitive function, and potential therapeutic applications for conditions like epilepsy, type 2 diabetes, and PCOS.
