Our program is inspired by the stories of incredible women who have embraced this transformative phase and thrived in various aspects of their lives. What Does Thriving Mean for You? For some of our clients: "Thriving during menopause means getting to compete in triathlons, play with my grandkids, and enjoy a variety of foods with the people I love." "Thriving during menopause means spending as much time as possible with my family, tending to my beautiful garden, and being strong enough to do a push-up." "If I’m thriving during menopause, then I feel alive and joyful; I spend my time hiking outside with my friends; I practice gratitude to nourish my body and soul; and I make sure to prioritize sleep and protein for my health and fitness." What Our 8-Week Program Offers: Embark on a personalized journey to navigate menopause with confidence and vitality. Our comprehensive program includes: Understanding the Changes: - Explore the physical and emotional changes during menopause. - Break myths and normalize experiences. Hormonal Health Exploration: - Delve into hormonal changes and discuss symptoms and their causes. - Address the right mindset, nutrition, and self-care practices. Learn stress management techniques and sleep hygiene routines. -Explore personal development practices for holistic well-being. Educational Sessions: -Gain insights into available treatments and therapies. - Equip yourself with knowledge to make informed decisions. Setting Goals for Positive Aging: -Collaboratively set post-menopausal life goals. -Prepare for a positive and fulfilling aging journey. - Get stronger with a weekly Fitness Routine: 1h of personal training or Group strength training sessions, your choice. To sum up: 8 weeks: 2 sessions per week (1:30h of group coaching and 1h of training). Additional Components: -Group Support Sessions: Join our dedicated Whatsapp group community for shared experiences and mutual support. - Resources for Ongoing Learning: Access reading materials, videos, and additional resources to deepen your knowledge. - Personalized Coaching: Benefit from one-on-one coaching sessions to address your unique concerns and receive guidance.
